Version 0.10.0

This version sharpens the experience with better circular charts, newly designed list charts in mobile, and a redesigned essential dignity layout, including a new mini essential dignity grid for mobile. Smaller screens now get a fully responsive, sortable placement list, plus optional sign coloring by element on the chart wheel and clearer speed indicators for retrograde, slow, and fast placements.
